Baked Weddings

Traditional or something completely different, having your cake designed is a lovely process. I'll guide you as much or as little as you need to achieve your dream wedding cake, whether you have something specific in mind or whether you have no idea yet what you might like.

After an initial chat, a few emails or a whatsapp or two, I can give you a quote for the kind of cake you have in mind.

After that, a deposit secures your date whilst we finalise all the lovely details. Of course, changes to a design do affect the price, but I'll specify everything as we go along so you'll always know where we're at.

Most couples choose my delivery and setup service and I will quote this separately. I travel anywhere in the East Midlands (or thereabouts) and the quote is based on the distance from me in NG2. Small cakes going further afield will travel perfectly well in the boot of your car, so just ask if this is something that will suit you better.

Looking for a flavours list? I don't have a list as such because I prefer to work with you to incorporate your favourites. I bake all the classics - victoria, lemon, chocolate, coffee - and all kinds of more unusual flavours such as elderflower, rose and pink prosecco. We can even use your favourite jars like nutella, biscoff or passionfruit curd. This is your cake and it should reflect what you love!

I offer a sample box of four flavours for £12, which I make every other month. Just drop me a message to order one in the next batch. They're a great way to try my signature sponge style so you can feel confident in knowing your wedding cake will be as yummy as you deserve it to be, whatever the flavour!
