Buttercream cakes (without a fondant covering) have become really popular and it's easy to see why. Buttercream can be flavoured and coloured and decorated with or without the 'drip' and it's really up to you what we pile on the top! I also offer white chocolate ganache as an alternative to buttercream - it gives a beautifully smooth finish and tastes delicious, too.
