Baked Without

Any of my cakes can be made to a gluten free recipe. Perfecting my gluten free sponge cake is something I am very passionate about, having had to 'go' gluten free myself a few years ago, so rest assured it is nothing like the often dry and gritty cakes you can buy in the supermarket!

Your gluten free cake will be made separately to any other orders and with no gluten-containing ingredients, but still in my home kitchen where gluten is present. I have a set process I am more than happy to share so that if you decide to order, you can do so with confidence. Please talk to me about this when you first get in touch.
